Its construction began twenty years after that of the church itself and was completed in <b>1935<\/b>, while <b>Don Daniele Porta<\/b> was parish priest.<\/p>\n<p>Originally, the design called for a simpler <b>tower<\/b>; it was only later that a <b>Gothic<\/b> style was chosen, to match the church&#8217;s architecture.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>bells<\/b>, recast in <b>1960<\/b>, replaced those from the former church of <b>San Marco and Gregorio<\/b>. Each bell is engraved with the name of a saint and bears the names of the <b>fallen from World War I<\/b>, a tribute that combines the religious and historical memory of the community.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The bells, now electrified, were previously rung by hand, creating melodies that marked the time and religious celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>The bell tower <b>clock<\/b> also played a crucial role in the daily life of the community. It used to regulate the farmers\u2018 daily life and helped organise <b>irrigation<\/b> shifts. So the bells did not only mark the time but also served as a reference point to prevent disputes among residents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
